The Okabena-Ocheda Watershed District received a Clean Water Land and Legacy Grant from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources in 2023 to build a water quality improvement pond on a stream flowing through the Worthington School District's Crailsheim property. This project will reduce nutrient and sediment pollution to Lake Okabena.
Project design is expected to be completed in 2023 with bidding and construction occurring in 2024.
